About the role
Join a West Midlands housing association as a Multi‑Trade Plumber, delivering reactive maintenance for occupied social housing. This short‑term contract covers sickness absence with the potential to become a permanent position.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out responsive plumbing repairs in occupied homes.
- Fix leaks, pipework, taps, waste systems, cylinders and sanitary ware.
- Perform basic multi‑trade tasks such as patch plastering, minor joinery and making good.
- Work independently across a portfolio of local housing stock.
Required profile
- NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing (desirable).
- Previous experience in social‑housing reactive maintenance.
- Own van and tools preferred (van provision may be offered later).
- Strong plumbing skills with multi‑trade capability.

What we offer
- Pay up to £27 per hour.
- 37‑hour week, Monday‑Friday.
- Potential to transition to a full‑time permanent role.
