National Marketing Manager

About the role

FRP Group is seeking a National Marketing Manager to lead day‑to‑day marketing activities for its Corporate Finance and Debt Advisory pillars. Based in London (or Reading), you will translate strategic campaign plans into actionable initiatives that support deal origination and enhance brand visibility across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Translate campaign plans into coordinated activities across all channels, managing schedules and deadlines.
• Create, edit and oversee digital content, web copy, event collateral, client stories and thought‑leadership pieces, ensuring brand consistency.
• Serve as the primary liaison for partners, capturing marketing needs and providing regular progress updates.
• Maintain performance trackers, reporting engagement, attendance and lead metrics on a monthly basis.
• Manage relationships with external suppliers, ensuring spend efficiency and compliance with FRP standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing marketing campaigns for professional‑services or advisory businesses.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Attention to detail to guarantee zero brand or compliance errors in all deliverables.
• Analytical mindset for tracking performance and measuring contribution to new opportunities.
