.NET Architect – Social Messaging Platform

About the role

We are seeking a senior .NET Architect to lead the technical expansion of a fast‑growing social messaging platform into the UK and European markets. You will shape the architecture, guide development teams and ensure the solution scales securely across cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and own the end‑to‑end .NET architecture, including micro‑services, APIs and front‑end integration.
• Implement solutions using .NET 10.0, C# 14, ASP.NET Core and .NET MAUI.
• Deploy and manage containerised workloads on Docker and Kubernetes in Azure and AWS.
• Collaborate with front‑end teams using Angular, Vue.js and TypeScript.
• Champion Agile practices, TDD/BDD and continuous delivery pipelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing large‑scale .NET applications.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and database technologies (Azure SQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch).
• Hands‑on experience with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and micro‑services architecture.
• Based in the UK with the right to work, comfortable with remote/hybrid work.
