NetSuite Technical Lead – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a NetSuite Technical Lead to design, develop and implement customised solutions within a global FMCG group’s NetSuite ERP environment. The role bridges business requirements with technical execution, ensuring scalable architecture, seamless integrations and high performance across NetSuite and connected platforms such as Workday.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain NetSuite customisations using SuiteScript (1.0, 2.0/2.1) and SuiteFlow workflows.
• Develop and support integrations between NetSuite and third‑party applications via REST/SOAP APIs, JSON and XML, including middleware solutions like Boomi.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications, architectural diagrams and integration blueprints.
• Create and maintain advanced Saved Searches, SuiteAnalytics workbooks and financial reports.
• Diagnose and resolve script errors, integration issues and performance bottlenecks, leading optimisation initiatives.
• Manage deployment of customisations across Sandbox and Production, ensuring controlled releases using Jira and Azure DevOps.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on NetSuite technical development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and the SuiteCloud platform.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL.
• Experience with API design, data integration and middleware (e.g., Boomi).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
