Night Assistant – Security & Facilities Support

About the role

The Night Assistant will help keep the building safe and secure during night hours while delivering high‑quality service to customers. You will work as part of a dedicated team, ensuring the environment is safe, clean and well‑maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor security, fire and telephone systems.
• Clean communal areas and rooms as required.
• Conduct regular property checks and report any repairs or maintenance issues.
• Support vulnerable clients and respond to incidents during night shifts.

Required profile

• Experience working with vulnerable client groups.
• Ability to work alone during night hours.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Willingness to learn Riverside‑specific IT systems and complete required training.
