Night Site Manager – Birmingham (Construction)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Night Site Manager to lead overnight mechanical installation works on a commercial office fit‑out in Birmingham City Centre. The role is short‑term, covering 3‑4 weeks of intensive night‑time activity, and requires a proactive approach to safety, subcontractor coordination and programme delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage mechanical installation works on a live office fit‑out project during night shifts.
• Oversee and coordinate subcontractors to ensure safe, on‑time delivery.
• Conduct regular site inspections and enforce health and safety standards.
• Report progress to the project team and update the programme as required.
• Maintain site security and compliance throughout night operations.

Required profile

• Valid Black or Gold CSCS Card.
• SMSTS certification.
• First Aid at Work qualification.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Proven experience managing commercial fit‑out or M&E installation projects.
