Key responsibilities

• Use a friendly approach with parents, carers, children, and colleagues.
• Provide a safe, stimulating, and educational environment for children to learn, play, explore and develop.
• Maintain a clean and organised homely environment for all children.
• Implement interesting and inspiring activities that promote learning through play.
• Build relationships with key children and record their interests and achievements through observations.
• Attend and actively participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and parent information events.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail.
• Outstanding customer service mindset.
• Good time‑management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Commitment to working within early years childcare.
