Nursery Manager – Early Years Leadership Role

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Nursery Manager or Deputy Nursery Manager to lead a thriving private nursery in Kensington & Chelsea. This permanent, full‑time position starts in September 2026 and offers the chance to shape high‑quality early years education within a supportive, family‑focused environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations, maintaining exceptional standards of care and education.
- Lead, motivate and develop a dedicated team of early years professionals.
- Ensure compliance with the EYFS framework and safeguarding policies.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, staff and the wider community.
- Manage resources, budgets and staffing schedules.
Required profile
- Level 3 qualification or higher in Early Years/Childcare.
- Proven experience in a Nursery Manager or senior early years leadership role.
- Excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
- Organised, proactive, passionate about early childhood development.

- In‑depth understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding regulations.
