About the role

Prospero Teaching is seeking a Nursery Manager for a mainstream nursery in West London. The position is full‑time on a temporary contract running until July 2027, with the possibility of extension or a permanent role based on performance.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date safeguarding practices and training.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant child‑protection policies and regulations.

Required profile

  • Minimum 1 year of Nursery Manager experience in the UK.
  • Safeguarding training completed within the last year.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Enhanced DBS certificate with online update service (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Two professional child‑related references covering the last two years.
