Operational Resilience Support Manager

About the role

NatWest Markets is seeking an Operational Resilience Support Manager to drive the implementation and continuous improvement of its Operational Resilience framework. You will work closely with business, technology and functional teams to embed resilience considerations into decision‑making and change initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery, embedding and continual improvement of Operational Resilience across NatWest Markets.
• Analyse complex business processes, products, services and dependencies to produce clear, actionable insights.
• Provide guidance on resilience aspects of new or changing products, processes and IT services.
• Collaborate with peers to share best practices and apply judgement to resilience assessments.
• Act as a trusted adviser, building strong relationships with business and functional leads.
• Assist in developing and maintaining fit‑for‑purpose resilience plans.

Required profile

• Strong influencing, communication and collaboration abilities.
• Good understanding of financial services, particularly markets‑related products and operating models.
• Experience in IT or operational risk management within a financial institution.
• Ability to work effectively at all organisational levels.
