OSS Architect – Technology Architect (London)

About the role

Infosys is seeking a senior Technology Architect specialized in Operations Support Systems (OSS) to join its London team. You will lead the design and implementation of OSS solutions, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high‑quality, scalable services.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and design end‑to‑end OSS/BSS solutions for telecom networks.
• Lead technical teams, provide architectural direction and ensure best‑practice implementation.
• Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Integrate COTS products (HP, Nokia, Ericsson, Ciena) and ensure seamless network performance reporting, fault management and event correlation.
• Drive automation and DevOps initiatives using CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, and cloud platforms.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in networking and telecommunications.
• 7+ years in Service Assurance, OSS/BSS domains.
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, monitoring, security, TMF APIs, ODA, ONAP and related standards.
• Proven experience with AWS and Azure cloud services.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
