OTC Contract Negotiator (French Language)

About the role

The Fixed Income Division of Morgan Stanley is seeking a French‑speaking OTC Contract Negotiator to join its Business Control Unit in London. You will work closely with internal teams and institutional clients to ensure the smooth execution of derivatives and financing transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and gather all required documentation for clients trading securities or OTC derivatives.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documentation such as master agreements, amendments, and ancillary documents for OTC derivatives, repurchase and stock‑loan transactions.
• Conduct due‑diligence scans and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Lead client negotiations and manage related projects to meet execution timelines.
• Liaise with Credit, Risk Management, Legal, and Sales teams to align contract terms with business objectives.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English, with strong written communication skills.
• Experience in derivatives documentation, contract negotiation, or related financial‑services roles.
• Understanding of Fixed Income, Commodities, and Finance products.

Required skills

• Knowledge of OTC derivatives contracts and market conventions.
• Proficiency in drafting and negotiating master agreements and related legal documents.
