Paid Media Manager

About the role
We are seeking a proactive Paid Media Manager to lead and optimise paid campaigns for a portfolio of high‑profile hospitality and leisure brands. Based in Manchester city centre with a hybrid working model, you will combine data‑driven strategy with creative testing to drive measurable growth.
Key responsibilities
- Design, launch and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit and Snapchat.
- Analyse performance data, identify ROI opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
- Produce regular performance reports and present insights to clients.
- Lead creative A/B testing, audience segmentation and bid management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and clear communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align strategy and deliver exceptional results.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing PPC and/or paid social campaigns.
- Strong commercial mindset with a passion for performance marketing.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver results.
- Self‑motivated, curious and continuously seeking optimisation opportunities.
