Paid Media Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Paid Media Manager to lead Google Ads campaigns for health and wellness brands. You will own the full lifecycle of accounts, driving growth and delivering measurable results for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns across a portfolio of health‑focused clients.
• Develop and execute account strategies, identify growth opportunities and continuously improve performance.
• Analyse performance data, produce reports and present actionable recommendations to clients.
• Maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted digital partner and communicating results clearly.
• Contribute ideas to improve internal processes, explore new tools and technologies, including AI‑driven solutions.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience managing Google Ads campaigns in an agency environment.
• Proven track record of improving PPC performance and handling multiple client accounts.
• Confident in strategy, optimisation, reporting and performance analysis.
• Excellent client‑facing skills with a commercial mindset.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and proactive.
