Paid Social Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Paid Social Manager to lead the end‑to‑end paid social strategy for a well‑known brand expanding rapidly across the UK. You will own campaigns on Meta, TikTok and Snapchat, driving performance for product launches and brand initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid social strategies on Meta, TikTok and Snapchat.
• Manage budgets, bids, targeting and audience segmentation to maximise ROAS.
• Plan and launch campaigns for product launches, promotions and brand initiatives.
• Brief and oversee creative content to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
• Monitor, test and optimise campaign performance using A/B testing and data insights.
• Report weekly and monthly on KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPC and conversions.
• Stay ahead of platform updates and emerging trends.
• Collaborate with e‑commerce, marketing, CRM, SEO and paid‑search teams for integrated campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing paid social campaigns in‑house or agency‑side.
• Strong analytical skills with a data‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities across multiple teams.
• Experience in a fast‑paced e‑commerce environment (preferred).
• Ability to work collaboratively with external brand partners.
