Partnerships & Integration Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Partnerships & Integration Manager to lead the development and management of strategic collaborations that enhance employability, health and wellbeing services. Working remotely with occasional national travel, you will act as the primary liaison between local authorities, charities, employers and our internal delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build, develop and maintain relationships with local authorities, charities, employers and community organisations.
• Identify and secure new partnership opportunities to improve service delivery and participant outcomes.
• Lead onboarding of new delivery partners, ensuring alignment with operational models, contractual requirements and quality standards.
• Manage ongoing partner relationships, providing support to maintain high‑quality service delivery.
• Support mobilisation and implementation of new contracts and programmes.
• Monitor partnership performance using data, KPIs and operational insights, and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory and quality assurance frameworks.
• Produce performance reports for senior stakeholders and manage operational risks.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and maintaining successful relationships with external stakeholders, partners or service providers.
• Demonstrated ability to onboard, manage and support partner organisations to achieve agreed outcomes.
• Experience working within contractual, regulatory and quality assurance environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and KPIs.
