About the role

Genuine Parts Company, operating under the NAPA Auto Parts UK & Ireland brand, is seeking a Parts Advisor for its Rochdale branch. The role involves supporting all branch activities while focusing on growing and maintaining the local customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Take telephone orders and upsell to increase invoice value.
• Make outbound calls to raise customer awareness and drive higher sales.
• Build long‑term relationships with local customers.
• Promote offers, discounts and customer competitions.
• Limit credits and returns by ordering and dispatching the correct parts the first time.

Required profile

• Punctual, organised and efficient, meeting deadlines.
• Pro‑active and enthusiastic when speaking with customers.
• Demonstrates empathy and strong communication skills.
• Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal abilities.
