Part‑time Sales Associate (8‑hour shifts)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Sales Associate to join its Belfast store. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers express themselves through style while delivering personalised, one‑to‑one service.

Key responsibilities

• Create genuine connections with customers and provide exceptional 1:1 service.
• Share product knowledge and styling advice that inspires confidence.
• Support store operations, including tills, fitting rooms, and stock management.
• Maintain strong visual‑merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed sales goals while keeping the store welcoming.

Required profile

• A passion for helping people express themselves through fashion.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑first mindset.
• Energy, adaptability and willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
• Growth mindset and commitment to an inclusive culture.
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is an advantage but not essential.
