Part‑time Team Member – Retail (24‑hour shift)

About the role

Join Oliver Bonas as a Team Member working 24‑hour shifts across the week. You will help deliver a fantastic customer experience and keep the store operating smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a great experience to every customer and meet service expectations.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge.
• Communicate consistently with the team.
• Participate in training and contribute positively to team sessions.
• Take ownership of tasks and set a good example.
• Follow operational practices such as stock deliveries, health and safety, stock takes and replenishment.
• Keep the store and back‑of‑house areas clean and organised.
• Support other stores when needed.
• Monitor sales targets and product best‑sellers to drive growth.

Required profile

• Friendly, kind and helpful attitude towards customers and colleagues.
• Strong customer service skills with a calm, solution‑focused approach.
• Good listening skills and genuine interest in people.
• Confident communication style.
• Ability to organise, multitask and stay positive.
• Resourceful and eager to learn.
