Pension Administration Systems Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Pension Administration Systems Analyst to join a growing team within a leading pension and actuarial firm. You will work closely with pension administration teams to enhance platform functionality, support data migrations, and help implement new client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between the systems team and pension administration teams, translating user requirements into effective system solutions.
• Plan and execute data migrations for new clients, including onboarding onto the Pension Payroll system.
• Configure workflows, reports, and system improvements to optimise pension administration processes.
• Maintain and continuously improve implementation guidance, controls, processes and documentation.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Defined Benefit (DB) or Defined Contribution (DC) pension administration or a related role.
• Strong understanding of pension administration processes and systems.
• Good knowledge of the data migration lifecycle and associated requirements.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with data migration tools and methodologies is advantageous.
• Working knowledge of SQL and/or VBA is beneficial.
