About the role

Join a leading Legal 500 claimant firm in Greater Manchester as a Personal Injury Fee Earner. You will manage your own caseload of Occupiers Liability and Public Liability claims, working within a supportive team that values professional development and progression.

Key responsibilities

Manage an independent caseload of Occupiers Liability and Public Liability claims from inception through to conclusion.
Handle all stages of the litigation process, including pre‑action negotiations, court proceedings and post‑judgment matters.
Collaborate with senior solicitors, clients and third‑party experts to ensure effective case progression.

Required profile

Proven experience as a fee earner handling personal injury claims.
Demonstrated ability to run an independent caseload and manage both pre‑ and post‑litigation work.
Strong understanding of Occupiers Liability and Public Liability law.
