About the role

We are partnering with a respected Manchester‑based firm to recruit a Personal Injury Litigation Executive. You will join an intermediate‑track team that handles a varied portfolio of personal injury claims, each valued up to £100,000, within a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of personal injury claims from inception to resolution.
• Provide empathetic, professional service to clients throughout the litigation process.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to achieve the best possible outcomes for claimants.
• Maintain accurate case records and adhere to firm procedures and deadlines.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage an intermediate‑track personal injury caseload independently.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury claim processes and relevant legislation.
• Excellent communication skills and a client‑focused attitude.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality legal service in a team setting.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of personal injury claims portals.
