Personal Injury Paralegal – RTA Litigation Executive

About the role

This position is for an ambitious Litigation Executive or Paralegal to join G2 Legal Limited’s fast‑growing Road Traffic Accident (RTA) litigation team in Manchester. The role is hybrid, requiring two days per week in the office and the remainder remote, and offers the chance to manage a dedicated caseload of Fast Track personal injury claims.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own portfolio of Fast Track Personal Injury RTA claims.
• Assess liability, prepare and file legal documents, and pursue litigation where required.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with firm procedures.
• Collaborate with senior solicitors and support staff to achieve optimal outcomes for claimants.

Required profile

• Previous experience handling personal injury or RTA claims.
• Proven ability to work independently on a full caseload.
• Comfortable with a hybrid working pattern (2 days on‑site, remote otherwise).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
