Personal Injury Solicitor – Fully Remote

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join a leading national law firm on a fully remote basis. The role focuses on high‑value serious injury claims ranging from £150k to over £1m, offering the opportunity to work with complex cases and a supportive, award‑winning team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of serious injury claimant matters valued between £150k and £1m+.
• Provide expert legal advice and representation throughout the claims process.
• Collaborate with medical experts, consultants and other stakeholders to build robust cases.
• Maintain accurate case records using the firm’s case management system.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members where appropriate.
• Attend court hearings and settlement negotiations as required.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with a minimum of 8 years PQE handling serious injury matters.
• Proven track record of successful settlements and litigated outcomes in high‑value cases.
• Experience working with medical experts and interpreting complex medical evidence.
• Willingness to travel to the office twice a month for team collaboration.

• Proficiency in using a case management system.
