Planning Manager – Franchise & Owned Retail (EMEA)

About the role

Skims is building world‑class planning capabilities for its owned retail and franchise network across EMEA. The Planning Manager will drive inventory and financial planning, optimise stock, and support commercial growth through data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop seasonal and annual sales, margin, inventory and receipt plans for owned stores and franchise channels.
• Own weekly and monthly forecasting, flagging risks and opportunities and recommending actions.
• Analyse sales trends, sell‑through, stock‑to‑sales ratios and other metrics to guide commercial decisions.
• Partner with Buying and Merchandising to build balanced assortments aligned with financial targets.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Operations on allocation, replenishment and inventory availability.
• Manage Open‑to‑Buy budgets and recommend inventory investments.
• Support new store openings with inventory strategies and launch forecasts.
• Monitor franchise partner performance and seasonal planning requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Merchandising, Economics, Mathematics or related field.
• 5–8 years of planning, merchandise or financial planning experience in retail or consumer brands.
• Experience supporting both owned retail and franchise businesses is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and presentation skills with confidence presenting to senior leadership.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, complex formulas, financial modelling).
• ERP and planning platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, NetSuite.
• Business intelligence tools like Tableau and Power BI.
