Pricing Analyst – Remote (9‑month FTC)

About the role

This 9‑month Fixed‑Term Contract role supports a purpose‑driven organisation by shaping pricing strategies, assisting contract negotiations and identifying new business opportunities. The position is primarily remote with occasional travel to the Birmingham office.

Key responsibilities

• Develop costing models to underpin fee reviews and contract negotiations.
• Analyse financial and contractual data to deliver commercial insights.
• Support tender submissions and new‑business opportunities.
• Produce reports, dashboards and performance analyses for stakeholders.
• Monitor contract performance, flagging risks and opportunities.
• Build relationships with commissioners and external partners.
• Assist commercial decision‑making across finance, commercial and operational teams.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.

Required profile

• Experience in commercial analysis, costing, pricing, contracts or financial analysis.
• Strong analytical ability with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain financial information clearly.
• Collaborative approach and ability to work across multiple teams.
• Experience in social care, healthcare, public sector or commissioned services is advantageous.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
