About the role

As a Primary Early Career Teacher you will begin your teaching journey in a supportive school environment, delivering lessons to children across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. The role starts in September 2026 and can be full‑time, part‑time or a long‑term placement, giving you flexibility as you develop your practice.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons for primary pupils.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with senior staff to support classroom management and school initiatives.
• Participate in professional development and reflective practice sessions.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with safeguarding policies.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) obtained by September 2026.
• Recent experience of teaching practice from teacher‑training placements.
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional growth.
• Commitment to delivering inclusive, high‑quality education.
• Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to work as part of a school team.
