About the role

We are looking for an experienced Private Client Locum Solicitor to support a Devon‑based firm on an ongoing basis. The role can be performed on a hybrid or fully remote basis and is available to start as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities

Support the Devon firm on an ongoing basis as a locum solicitor.
Provide private client legal services, including wills, probate and lasting powers of attorney.
Manage your own caseload independently.

Required profile

Qualified solicitor, legal executive, or experienced fee earner.
Strong private client experience covering wills, probate and LPAs.
Ability to work independently and start immediately.
