Private Client Solicitor – 1-2 Years PQE

About the role

This is a new opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor with 1‑2 years post‑qualification experience to join a friendly and supportive team in Milton Keynes. You will work on a varied private client caseload while receiving guidance from experienced partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio covering wills, probate, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney, trusts and estate planning.
• Provide tax and succession planning advice to high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Handle cross‑border and repatriation matters for international clients.
• Collaborate closely with partners to deliver high‑quality legal work and support your professional development.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years PQE in private client work.
• Proven ability to manage a varied private client caseload.
• Excellent communication, strong attention to detail and a collaborative team approach.
• STEP qualification or progress toward STEP is advantageous but not essential.
