Private Client Solicitor – Fully Remote

About the role

Our client, an award‑winning private client practice, is seeking an experienced solicitor to join their team on a fully remote basis. You will manage an existing portfolio of wills, probate, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney, inheritance tax planning and trusts, while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of a varied private client caseload covering wills, probate, estate administration, LPA’s, inheritance tax and trusts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate new business through referrals.
• Provide strategic advice on tax-efficient estate planning and trust structures.
• Mentor and support junior members of the department as required.
• Collaborate with other practice areas and external referrers to expand service offering.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with solid experience in private client work.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a remote workload.
• Strong client‑focused approach with excellent communication skills.
• Commitment to professional development and team collaboration.
