Private Client Tax Partner

About the role

We are partnering with a leading UK professional services firm to recruit a Private Client Tax Partner for its established London team. This senior leadership role offers strong autonomy, strategic influence and the chance to shape a high‑performing private client offering serving HNW and UHNW clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and grow a diverse portfolio of high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients, both UK and international.
• Deliver high‑quality advice on international tax and residence planning, trusts, estates and succession planning, and structuring for entrepreneurs and family offices.
• Identify and drive new business opportunities internally and externally.
• Mentor and develop a team of high‑performing tax professionals.
• Collaborate with other service lines to provide holistic client solutions.

Required profile

• Established private client tax specialist operating at Director or Partner level.
• Strong technical expertise across UK and international private client tax.
• Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
• Commercially minded with a genuine interest in building and scaling a practice.
