Private Clients Account Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Private Clients Account Executive to join our respected London team. You will manage a portfolio of high‑net‑worth individuals, delivering tailored insurance solutions and building long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of High Net Worth and Private Client accounts.
• Build strong, lasting relationships and provide an exceptional level of service.
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities and grow existing accounts.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals and professional introducers.
• Negotiate with insurers to secure competitive terms and bespoke coverage.
• Conduct client meetings both in person and virtually.
• Collaborate with account handlers and support teams for seamless service delivery.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends and insurer appetite.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an Account Executive in the Private Clients or High Net Worth insurance sector.
• Proven ability to retain and develop a portfolio of business.
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach to winning new clients.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of the UK HNW insurance market and insurer landscape.
• CII qualification (or working towards it) is advantageous.
