Process & System Development Advanced Apprentice (Graduate)

About the role

We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our Systems Development & Support team as a Process & System Development Advanced Apprentice (Graduate) within the Service department. The role focuses on improving department processes using modern IT applications such as SAP, Azure Databricks and Microsoft Power Platform.

Key responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with local and international teams to deliver improvement projects using low‑code/no‑code tools.
• Develop solutions combining SAP data, Azure Databricks and Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate) to meet agreed scope, timelines and targets.
• Analyse data and provide strategic recommendations to guide the department.
• Support and maintain existing systems after quickly gaining knowledge of the current landscape.

Required profile

• Innovative, proactive, reliable and highly self‑motivated with a willingness to learn.
• Degree in business, economics, computing or a related field.
• Strong problem‑solving, presentation and communication skills.
• Right to work in the UK for the duration of the 2‑year fixed‑term contract.

Required skills

• Experience or knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) – a bonus.
• Familiarity with SAP, Azure Databricks and low‑code/no‑code development tools.
• Practical experience applying AI concepts responsibly.
