Programme Manager (Creative) – Temporary

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager (Creative) on a temporary basis to cover a period of sick leave. The role will lead and support the delivery of high‑quality creative programmes within a further/higher education setting, starting 17 August 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage creative programmes, ensuring high‑quality teaching, learning and assessment.
• Support, motivate and develop teaching staff to deliver an exceptional learner experience.
• Monitor student progress, achievement and attendance, implementing interventions where necessary.
• Ensure programmes meet awarding body requirements and quality standards.
• Contribute to curriculum planning, development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive student success and programme performance.

Required profile

• Full teaching qualification.
• BA (Hons) degree in a Creative subject.
• Previous management experience within further or higher education.
• Experience working with University of the Arts London (UAL) programmes and qualifications.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality education and positive student outcomes.
