Programme Manager – Digital Transformation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead a high‑impact digital transformation programme. The role will oversee digital, data and business change initiatives across the organisation, working closely with senior leadership to deliver strategic outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple workstreams covering digital, data and business change.
• Manage programme governance, risk, budgets and benefits realisation.
• Coordinate with senior stakeholders to align delivery with strategic objectives.
• Ensure effective communication and reporting across all levels of the organisation.
• Facilitate occasional travel for on‑site meetings and stakeholder workshops.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering large‑scale digital transformation programmes.
• Strong background in business change, operating model redesign and stakeholder management.
• Experience with governance, risk management and programme budgeting.
• Ability to work in complex, multi‑disciplinary environments, preferably within the public sector.

• Competitive day rate of £650‑£700.
