Project Director – Brand Transformation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead a high‑visibility rebrand programme for a well‑known UK consumer brand. The role is hybrid, based in London, and runs for six months on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end rebrand from planning through launch, overseeing brand, design, digital, communications and operational workstreams.
• Develop and maintain the programme plan, milestones, risk registers and governance structures.
• Coordinate internal teams, external agencies and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery.
• Manage budgets, timelines and resource allocation across multiple workstreams.
• Engage senior stakeholders and executive leadership to keep the programme aligned and on track.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project or Programme Director on large, complex programmes.
• Background delivering brand, customer‑experience, marketing or business transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, including executive‑level engagement.
• Comfortable working with creative, design, digital and business teams.
• Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands‑on delivery.
