Project Director – Data Centre Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Project Director to lead the delivery of mission‑critical megawatt data centre projects for a leading international main contractor. Based in Birmingham, you will own site execution, commercial performance and stakeholder relationships, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end site delivery from mobilisation through handover.
• Manage client and senior stakeholder relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors, fostering authority and respect on site.
• Control commercial outcomes, contract administration and risk mitigation.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality specifications.

Required profile

• Proven track record delivering high‑value projects as a Project or Construction Director.
• Strong client‑facing communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Commercial acumen with confidence in contract management and risk mitigation.
• Willingness to work full‑time on site, Monday‑Friday.
