Project Manager – Fire Sprinkler Systems

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the delivery of fire‑rated sprinkler systems across commercial and residential projects, ensuring safety, quality and budget compliance from inception to handover.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of fire sprinkler projects ranging from £1k to £1m.
• Manage projects from pre‑start through completion, monitoring progress, budgets and resources.
• Conduct regular site visits nationwide, resolve issues and provide programme updates.
• Coordinate material procurement and deliveries to keep projects on schedule.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors and internal teams to meet specifications and programme targets.
• Supervise subcontractors and site crews, ensuring compliance with quality, health & safety and company standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with fire sprinkler systems.
• Solid project management background.
• Understanding of ISO9001 and related regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised, proactive problem‑solver.
• Computer literate, proficient with Microsoft Office.
