Project Manager – Flagship Site Launch

About the role

We are looking for an organised, driven Project Manager to lead the launch of a brand‑new flagship site in London. You will be responsible for taking the project from concept through to successful opening, coordinating multiple stakeholders and ensuring high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of the flagship site launch.
• Create, maintain and manage detailed project plans, timelines and Gantt charts.
• Coordinate internal teams, external suppliers and key stakeholders to achieve milestones.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement solutions to keep delivery on track.
• Manage project documentation, reporting and performance tracking using spreadsheets and project management tools.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, providing clear updates and action plans.
• Ensure budgets, deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
• Support operational readiness and successful site opening activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a fast‑paced operational environment.
• Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Adaptable and resilient with the ability to manage changing priorities.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can work independently and make informed decisions.
• Comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Results‑focused with a strong commitment to delivering projects on time.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (spreadsheets) for data analysis and reporting.
• Creation and management of Gantt charts and project schedules.
• Proficiency with project management tools.
