Project Manager – Industrial & Logistics

About the role

The Project Manager will lead Industrial & Logistics projects from inception through to completion, acting as the main client liaison. You will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing risk, procurement and construction phases, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from inception to practical completion, serving as the primary point of contact for the client.
• Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary consultant teams through planning, design, procurement and construction phases.
• Develop, maintain and monitor logic‑linked project programmes, identifying key milestones and critical activities.
• Manage project governance, reporting, risk registers, decision logs and stakeholder engagement.
• Oversee procurement strategies, consultant appointments, tender processes and contract execution.
• Monitor budgets and contingencies in close collaboration with cost consultants.
• Secure statutory approvals, manage third‑party stakeholders and utilities providers.
• Administer close‑out activities, including handover, defect management and practical completion.
• Support business development and contribute to client relationship management where appropriate.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Project Management Consultancy role.
• Proven experience delivering Industrial & Logistics projects through both pre‑contract and post‑contract stages.
• Ability to prepare project briefs, consultant scopes and Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
• Competence in producing and managing logic‑linked project programmes.
• Working towards or holding a chartered qualification (MRICS, MAPM or equivalent).
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and client‑facing skills.
