About the role

We are seeking a Property Damage Solicitor to join a leading international law firm’s growing insurance team in Birmingham. The successful candidate will work on high‑value property insurance matters, providing advice and managing claims from inception to resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on property insurance coverage issues.
• Manage property damage claims through all stages, ensuring timely resolution.
• Handle property damage recovery claims and support insurance defence work where required.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional client service.

Required profile

• 5–10 years post‑qualification experience (or equivalent).
• Strong background in property insurance coverage.
• Proven experience in property damage recoveries.
• Exposure to market coverage work.
• Proactive, organised, and able to manage own workload.
