About the role

We are seeking an experienced Property Litigation Lawyer to join a top‑tier Legal 500 law firm based in East London. You will work within a specialist team handling a broad mix of high‑quality property disputes, from residential and commercial landlord‑tenant matters to boundary and other contentious issues.

Key responsibilities

• Manage residential and commercial landlord‑tenant disputes.
• Handle boundary disputes and other contentious property matters.
• Advise a diverse client base including landlords, tenants, developers, managing agents and leaseholders.
• Run your own caseload with appropriate support and supervision.
• Provide clear, strategic legal advice and representation throughout the dispute lifecycle.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor or legal executive with solid experience in property litigation.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage a full caseload.
• Strong advisory skills and a client‑focused approach.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality, varied work from day one.
