Property Litigation Solicitor – 8+ PQE, Manchester

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join a leading Legal 500‑recognised commercial law firm in Manchester. You will work within a specialist property team, handling a broad spectrum of disputes for national and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of property disputes, including commercial property, landlord‑tenant and service‑charge matters.
• Advise on and litigate dilapidation claims, insolvencies, breaches of contract and professional negligence.
• Handle possession, trespass, party‑wall, over‑age, coverage disputes and repossessions.
• Provide strategic commercial advice and maintain strong client relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years post‑qualification experience in property litigation.
• Excellent commercial awareness and the ability to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and proven case management skills.

Required skills

• Experience in commercial property dispute resolution.
• Knowledge of landlord‑tenant law, service‑charge and dilapidation issues.
• Proficiency in handling insolvency and professional negligence cases.
