Property Litigation Solicitor – Hybrid (2 Office:3 Home)

About the role

Join a Top 100 & Legal 500 listed commercial law firm as a Property Litigation Solicitor in Manchester. You will work within a close‑knit team handling complex property disputes for high‑profile clients across the UK, with a focus on the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a broad mix of development disputes, service charge issues, rent reviews, dilapidations, break clauses and landlord‑tenant matters.
• Provide legal advice to developers, pension funds, landowners, GP practices and NHS trusts.
• Collaborate with colleagues in London and other offices to deliver consistent service to national clients.
• Prepare and negotiate documentation, attend hearings and support senior partners on strategic matters.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor, ideally NQ to 8 PQE, with a strong interest in property litigation.
• Demonstrated ability to work on multi‑jurisdictional, high‑value commercial matters.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of UK property law, including landlord‑tenant and development dispute principles.
• Experience drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and litigation documents.
