Property Manager – Manchester

About the role

Join a leading global real‑estate agency as a Property Manager in Manchester. You will be the primary point of contact for landlords, tenants and contractors, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations of an assigned property portfolio while maintaining compliance with ever‑changing legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and respond to landlord and tenant queries and issues.
• Proactively communicate with all parties and compile relevant reports.
• Obtain competitive quotations, instruct contractors and oversee work orders.
• Organise inventory checks, check‑in/check‑out appointments and produce end‑of‑tenancy reports.
• Process invoices, set up and close utilities, and ensure timely safety checks.
• Maintain up‑to‑date property records and distribute safety documentation.
• Handle deposit distribution and damage proposals for landlords.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of property management experience, preferably within a corporate agency.
• ARLA or NFoPP qualification is desirable.
• Excellent IT proficiency and ability to multitask.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail and initiative.
• Full UK driving licence.
