Property Moving Assistant

About the role

As a Property Moving Assistant you will be the central point of contact throughout the home‑moving journey, managing property transactions from offer agreement to completion. You will work closely with buyers, sellers, estate agents, mortgage advisers and conveyancers, ensuring a smooth and transparent process for all parties.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of property transactions from offer through to completion.
• Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, estate agents, conveyancers, mortgage advisers and other key stakeholders.
• Keep clients fully informed throughout their home‑moving journey.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues that could delay transactions.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
• Promote and introduce customers to OneDome's HomeBuyer Service and other relevant products where appropriate.

Required profile

• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously.
• Confident communicator with strong verbal and written skills.
• Proactive, resilient and solution‑focused.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
• Team player who enjoys building strong relationships.
