Quality Engineer – Distribution & Packaging

About the role

The Quality Engineer will join a small, focused team responsible for ensuring that all activities within Delta Park Distribution Operations meet the Quality System requirements and drive continuous improvement of outgoing product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute process validation projects, preparing protocols and supporting qualification activities.
• Lead local risk management, reviewing and updating FMEA documentation for process changes.
• Analyse quality data, monitor trends and lead projects to improve product and process quality.
• Participate in new product and process introduction teams, supporting change management and regulatory documentation.
• Provide quality support for internal and external audits, conducting audits as required.
• Collaborate with CAPA leaders to investigate issues, implement corrective actions and attend CAPA Review Board meetings.
• Review and approve quality workflows in the electronic QMS (eQMS) and train teams on related procedures.

Required profile

• Experience working in a manufacturing or distribution environment, preferably within the optics or contact‑lens sector.
• Strong understanding of quality systems, risk management and change control processes.
• Ability to work independently, travel between sites and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
