About the role
DRW is seeking a Quantitative Researcher specialized in Machine Learning to develop and deploy advanced predictive models for financial markets. The role combines cutting‑edge research with production‑level engineering, allowing you to turn sophisticated algorithms into real‑world trading signals.
Key responsibilities
- Research, design, and deploy robust machine‑learning models for forecasting.
- Build and maintain scalable, production‑grade ML pipelines.
- Extract actionable signals from large, noisy, structured and unstructured datasets.
Required profile
- PhD (or exceptional MSc) in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Deep theoretical and practical knowledge of core ML algorithms, with experience in model architecture experimentation, feature engineering, and hyper‑parameter tuning.
- Proven track record of moving ML models from research to live production environments.
