Ramp & Baggage Agent – Heathrow Airport

About the role

Join Cobalt Ground Solutions as a Ramp & Baggage Agent at London Heathrow Airport. You will support the safe and efficient handling of baggage, cargo and aircraft turnaround operations for leading international airlines. No prior airport experience is required – full training will be provided.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload baggage and cargo from aircraft, ensuring correct placement and security.
• Transport baggage and cargo between terminal buildings and aircraft.
• Sort baggage, scan tags and manage documentation to minimise loss.
• Load containers, trailers and handle mail/freight on the airside.
• Coordinate with flight crews and ground staff to meet turnaround deadlines.
• Conduct safety inspections of carts, trolleys and ground support equipment.
• Assist with aircraft marshalling and guide aircraft on the tarmac when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in baggage handling areas and respond to operational issues following safety procedures.
