About the role
G2 Legal Limited is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its Manchester office. The role offers direct client exposure and the chance to work on a variety of commercial property transactions while developing your legal expertise.
Key responsibilities
- Handle acquisitions, disposals, landlord‑and‑tenant and development matters.
- Manage an independent caseload with appropriate support.
- Collaborate with partners and colleagues on complex transactions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Required profile
- 1–3 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in Commercial Property.
- Strong technical ability to manage transactions independently.
- Excellent communication and client‑focused approach.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to work as part of a team.
